Breathe Birth Bond was founded by Fran, a passionate birthkeeper and holistic specialist in birth and postnatal care. Whether you’re growing your baby, preparing for birth, or navigating the early days of parenthood, she’s here to support you every step of the way with warmth, wisdom, and evidence-based care. she leads every class from the heart and her goal is to make you feel comfortable - you might even cry (in a good way) or laugh at one of her terrible jokes.

How I Support You Through Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond
I help people through the whole journey into parenthood in a really gentle, supportive way. Through Hypnobirthing, Birth Preparation classes, Pregnancy and Baby Yoga, and Doula support – all sessions are designed to help you feel more confident, calm, and informed. It’s really about making sure you feel held and listened to, whether you’re preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or just need someone to talk things through with. I meet people where they’re at and offer the kind of care I’d want for myself or a close friend.
