Pregnancy, Postnatal and Baby & Me Yoga

Yoga is the perfect way to prepare our bodies and minds for birth. Through the regular practicing of yoga during pregnancy, we can provide our bodies with the strength and movements required to promote a physiological labour and prepare ourselves mentally through relaxation.

Once our little ones have arrived, practicing yoga is an ideal way to connect with our postpartum bodies. Through yoga, we can begin to rebuild our core muscles and pelvic floor. Practicing yoga alongside our babies is a beautiful way to bond.

As a mother myself, I absolutely love helping mums like you, from bump to birth and beyond.

Baby & Me Yoga

Let's engage in Baby & Me Yoga together and discover its numerous benefits. Through yoga, I will assist you in your postpartum healing journey, focusing on strengthening your core muscles, pelvic floor, and back. Additionally, we will have a lot of fun creating special moments with your baby, fostering bonds, and connecting with other new mothers.

Suitable for babies aged 8 weeks to crawling

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga, offers many benefits for expectant mothers by promoting flexibility, strength, and improved posture while reducing back pain and enhancing circulation. It also helps manage stress and anxiety and improves sleep.

Connect with your body, bond with your growing baby, and meet fellow mums-to-be. Together, we’ll prepare for birth with movement, peace, and a sense of togetherness.
